The Midwest Photographers Publication Project (MP3) series, produced in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Photography (MoCP), Chicago, presents the work of new emerging talents. MP3: Volume I (Aperture/MoCP, 2006) features Kelli Connell, Justin Newhall, and Brian Ulrich; the new second installment, MP3: Volume II (Aperture/MoCP, 2009), showcases Curtis Mann, John Opera, and Stacia Yeapanis. Just as Aperture's classic _Masters of Photography_ series introduces audiences to the work of established great photographers, these three-volume sets each offer an affordable, beautifully produced introduction to three young artists poised on the brink of stardom.
