The imagination not only acts as an escape from the real world, it can also open new possibilities  of experience. As a powerful force of the mind, imagination can give us the opportunity to shift our perceptions by making changes to our personal narratives or altering our understanding of what and who we are. Video Playlist: An Ordinary Instant features works that explore imagination as a method for understanding, revealing, and managing a sometimes real world. Video Playlist is a recurring series of one-night public video screenings featuring film and video works that engage with topics connected to MoCP exhibitions.
