Associate Director of Development
Rachel recently joined the team in September 2021 and has ten years of experience in fundraising. She’s responsible for all fundraising initiatives at MoCP, including growing the annual fund, grant writing for foundation and government support, and planning and executing DARKROOM, the museum’s annual fundraising benefit. Additionally, she is the liaison for the Museum Council at MoCP. She holds a BA in Literature from the University of Illinois at Chicago and previously held a humanities fellowship from Drexel University studying the reconciliation process of the Holocaust and the Rwandan genocide through literature and media. Her hobbies include crocheting, playing with her two cats, and reading about the Great Lakes.
