Photos at Noon: Portraiture and the Human Subject

MoCP – Print Study Room

About The Event

Get to know the museum's collection this summer with a series of public print viewings. MoCP's curator of academic programs and collections will lead a mini-course on select themes and works pulled from the archive. Drop in to learn about some of the museum’s best works that are normally behind closed doors and meet fellow photography enthusiasts. These sessions are free and open to all levels.

This print viewing introduces a range of photographs with a focus on portraiture where visual information such as setting, clothing, body language, and facial expression speak to the identity of the subject.
