MoCP is excited to announce its partnership with ART on THE MART for the premiere of artist Colleen Plumb’s new video work with an original audio score by Teerath Majumder.
This work features samplings of student artworks from MoCP’s 2025-2026 Art, Activism, Policy, Power program with Chicago Public Schools Prosser Career Academy and South Shore College Prep.
In celebration of citywide arts organizations and their partnerships with Chicago Public Schools, please join MoCP, Colleen Plumb, Artists in Public Schools, Sage Lim, and Chicago Public School students for a reception and viewing party on Thursday, May 21 at 7:30pm at Brews & Bites on the Chicago Riverwalk located at 201-231 W Riverwalk, Chicago, IL.
ART on THE MART is one of the worlds largest digital art platforms, transforming Chicago’s Merchandise Mart landmark into a public exhibition space for projection, video, and sound, visible from the Chicago riverwalk, surrounding streets, and bridges that line the downtown waterway.
*These projections will be on view May 21-31, 2026 Thursday-Sunday at 8:30pm.
