Dyanna Taylor, granddaughter of iconic American photographer Dorothea Lange, will screen clips from her film Dorothea Lange: Grab a Hunk of Lightning, which will air on the PBS series American Masters on Friday, August 29 at 9 p.m. Taylor will be joined in a conversation on the life and work of Lange by writer Elizabeth Partridge who is Lange’s goddaughter and wrote the companion book to Taylor’s film. Join us after the program for a reception which will feature a viewing of a selection of Lange’s work from the MoCP collection and a book signing with Elizabeth Partridge.
