In anticipation of the upcoming MoCP exhibition, Reproductive: Health, Fertility, Agency, this Photos at Zoom session, led by Curatorial Assistant, Emilie Plunkett, will feature images in the museum’s collections that depict aspects of maternity, fertility, and motherhood. Additionally, Plunkett will address ways the pregnant body is, and has been, depicted in pop culture, in addition to prevailing gender binaries surrounding maternal health care.
