Brad Temkin: Nova Scotia

About the Exhibition

The exhibition will include twenty landscapes by the Illinois photographer Brad Temkin.  Temkin’s photographs are arresting, elegant and sophisticated contemporary landscapes.  Traveling the terrain of Nova Scotia, he has orchestrated volumes of geographic space into precise, formal delineation’s of the land.  His vision is one of clarity, precise description and documentation.  Although he photographs with apparent neutrality, Temkin makes his images as an emotional response, and thus lend themselves to metaphoric investigation.
